Following Too Good To Go’s recent launch in the Bay Area, we’re thrilled to announce our partnership with The San Francisco-Marin Food Bank - an organization whose mission is to end hunger in San Francisco and Marin. This partnership will enable everyone in the greater Bay Area to help fight hunger, food waste and climate change.

Our app users now have the choice to make monetary donations to San-Francisco Marin Food Bank, which directly enables their efforts to serve over 55,000 households in need of food assistance every week. Those in the area will now see a donation feature directly on the app’s homepage as we work together in our food rescue efforts to create a more nourished and sustainable community.

Since the app launched in the Bay, residents have already saved over 8,000 meals with Too Good To Go, which is equivalent to the carbon footprint of 3,539,980. Over 150 stores and counting are providing Surprise Bags in San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland.
