Candidate Notice regarding processing of Personal Data in Too Good To Go.
As part of the recruitment process, Too Good To Go ApS (TGTG), collects and process personal data relating to job applicants. This include name, address, contact details, qualifications, skills, experience and employment history, and other info that may be relevant for the recruitment process. TGTG may collect this information in a variety of ways. For example, data might be contained in application forms, CV’s or resumes, obtained from identity documents, or through interviews or other forms of assessments.
TGTG may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as references supplied by former employers. We will not seek information from third parties without your consent. Data will be stored in a range of different places, including on your application record, in HR and recruiting management systems and on other IT systems (including email). Data may also be stored in third countries in which case TGTG has entered into agreements to secure the safety of your data according to applicable laws.
Your information may be shared internally for the purpose of the recruitment process. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process and managers in the business area with a vacancy.
TGTG has a legitimate interest in processing personal data during the recruitment process allowing TGTG to manage the recruitment process, assess and confirm a candidates suitability for employment and decide to whom to offer a job.
TGTG takes the security of your data seriously. We have internal procedures in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidental destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties.
If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your HR file and retained during your employment.
As a data subject, you have a number of rights, you can submit an access request and obtain a copy of your data, request TGTG to change incorrect or incomplete data, require TGTG to delete or stop processing your data, or simply object to TGTG’s processing of personal data.
You have the right to lodge a complaint about the way TGTG handle your data with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or you can contact TGTG for more information or concerns.

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to TGTG during the recruitment process. However, failing to deliver the requested data, TGTG may not be able to process your application properly.
