Too Good To Go is a mobile app which reduces food waste by making surplus food from food stores, supermarkets and cafes available to users. Our users purchase food through the app, collect locally and enjoy knowing they are saving food, money - and the planet!

The magic of Too Good To Go has been spreading rapidly across Europe with over 20 million meals in 13 countries saved to date… And we’re happy to say, Switzerland is growing at light speed as well! That’s why we’re looking for a Food Waste Warrior filled with fire to take care of our future partners!

Your Mission

  • Manage and filter incoming requests from possible partners who want to join the Too Good To Go movement and app in the French and German part of Switzerland. They are always more to contact us!
  • Onboard new partners and become their main point of contact to maximize their Too Good To Go experience throughout the starting phase
  • Advise on best deals for our partners and Too Good To Go and encourage newly joined partners to spread the word!
  • Work closely with the outbound sales team to ensure a streamlined and efficient approach to ensure a kick ass sales experience for new and existing customers
  • Follow up calls to advise and troubleshoot any potential issues before they start

Requirements

  • A passion for sustainability and fighting food waste with a “we can change the world mentality”
  • You are a fluent German speaker with a strong command of English; French is a plus +
  • You’re focused and organised: you love to get things done in an efficient manner
  • You are a natural communicator who listens and understands the needs of our future partners and has the answers and solutions to their needs
  • Your excellent people skills enable you to quickly connect and establish a relationship with our partners
  • Customer service driven who is happy to spend the day talking on the phone getting new partners onboarded
