INFORMATION ON MONTHLY ACTIVE RECIPIENTS
In order to comply with the requirement outlined in Article 24(2) of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) on active recipients of our service in the EU, Too Good To Go is disclosing its monthly average number of monthly users over the last six months: 12.089.175 as of January 1st, 2025.

In accordance with Article 15 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), Too Good To Go provides this transparency report to outline any content moderation actions taken during the reporting period. Too Good To Go is committed to transparency, accountability, and compliance, even though our platform is not primarily designed to host or disseminate user-generated content.

2. Overview of content moderation activities

During the reporting period, Too Good To Go did not engage in any content moderation activities. Specifically:

  • Number of content items removed or disabled: 0
  • Number of notices received from users or authorities: 0
  • Automated moderation tools used: 0
  • Human moderation actions: 0

Given that our platform does not host user-generated public content nor permits users to publish material visible to the general public, no content moderation actions were undertaken during the reporting period.

3. Internal procedures and safeguards

Although no content moderation has taken place during the reporting period, we maintain internal processes that can address potential issues related to illegal content or terms of service violations. These include:

Too Good To Go has not received any appeals or complaints under the DSA’s redress mechanism during the reporting period.
